Unlike some of their Asian counterparts, there are few Vietnamese restaurants in Bergen, but what’s here is top notch. Try the Hanoi crabmeat soup or barbecued ribs with lemongrass. Don’t miss the sautéed edamame or the crispy tofu.

Chef Joe receives two awards at Axia for Best of Bergen - Best Vietnamese Restaurant and Favorite Restaurant Expert Pick from Tracy Nieporent Myriad Restaurant Group.

Run by the owner of the much-loved (and now defunct) Saigon R in Englewood, Simply Vietnamese leads the charge into a realm of bold flavors too seldom savored in our area.
